How to find a video of the game
Whether you missed the match or want to watch a moment together afterwards, the first step is finding out who recorded it. A fixture or a score on a website does not necessarily mean a video exists.
- Ask the team manager or club whether that game was recorded and which platform holds the footage.
- If the competition uses Legend Sports, ask for the access instructions for your team and game. Availability depends on the competition and its recording setup.
- Follow the club’s access and sharing arrangements. If you cannot find the game, check the date, teams and venue with the organiser.

A full-game replay lets you see how the match unfolded. A highlight focuses on a shorter passage of play. Both can give a family a way to revisit a game, whether it is a first basket, a goal or a piece of teamwork that mattered to the player.

Your club does not record games yet?
Ask your club or venue whether game video is something they want to offer families. Legend works with leagues, venues and associations on sports video and player engagement, with basketball and futsal as its focus.

- Can I watch my child’s game if I could not attend?
- If the game was recorded and the organiser makes it available to you, a replay lets you watch afterwards. Ask the club or league which service it uses and how family access works. Legend Sports is an option to discuss with your organiser for basketball and futsal game video.
- Does Legend Sports have video of every junior game?
- No. A game must have been recorded through an arranged capture or video workflow. Availability depends on the league, venue and game. Check with your organiser before expecting a replay.
- Is a replay the same as a live stream?
- No. A replay is a recording you watch after play has happened; a live stream is watched while the game is taking place. Do not assume that a competition offering replays also offers live streaming. Ask the organiser what is available and when the recording will be ready.
- Can Legend recover a game that nobody recorded?
- No. Video needs to have been captured at the time. If a parent, team or venue already has a recording, contact Legend to discuss whether that footage is suitable.
- Can I share a junior sports replay with other people?
- Check your club’s recording and sharing arrangements first, especially when other children appear in the footage. Receiving access to a game does not automatically mean it is intended to be posted publicly. Ask the organiser if you are unsure who may receive a link or clip.
